TechNest- Refund & Returns Policy

At TechNest, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we operate as a dropshipping technology store, the following return terms apply:

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The item must not be physically damaged by misuse

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, the following may not be eligible:

  • Used earphones or wearable devices
  • Opened software products
  • Clearance or promotional items

Damaged / Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


 

 

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method



We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
